Working with plants and herbs
Every plant has its own spirit and its functional properties and we can build a proper connection with them: we feel naturally drawn to those herbs that serve us well. Each plant is an adaptogen: it will support us in the way we need it and where we need it.
There is an unlimited creativity in working with herbs. The same herb can become a tea in your cup, a spice in the kitchen or an incense in the house. Likewise, a spread on the bread could be a cream on your face or a massage oil to spoil our bodies. Skin is our largest organ; whatever product we used on the skin should be of the same quality as the food that we eat.
I invite you to build a close relationship with nature
Nature is our sanctuary and our refuge. She can provide us with all that we need. She is buzzing with the energy and life and can provide us with plenty of edible plants and healing herbs. As the old saying goes: for every disease a plant grows. Food is our best medicine.
I have designed a special course to help you connect with this immense richness of the herbs and use it to your advantage. After having completed this course, you will understand the functional properties and the use of the herbs according to the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine and you will be able to develop a close relationship with them. You will be naturally guided to give them more space in your life.
My first herbal product was a spruce resin ointment that I have prepared to treat my injured knee. Soon after, I was channeling recipes for therapeutic massage oils. Every time I go to the nature, I get new ideas. Plants instruct me how to prepare wild food and what sort of ingredients I should choose. Some of the recipes are shared with you in the herbal concoctions’ shop.

Deadly Nightshade (Atropa Belladonna) is valued in ayurveda and homeopathy for its beneficial effect on the immune and nervous system. It can calm the stress and anxiety and as well as strengthen the immune system.
Western medicine classifies belladonna as poisonous, thus taking away its rightful place of a sacred plant medicine. Historically, it has been used in the Slavic cultural space as a medium of self-discovery.
Belladonna connects us back to ourselves, confronting us to our fears and illusions and our subconscious patterns, with the aim of contributing to our personal growth and transformation. She is very consistent in her teaching. She will lead you towards your soul purpose through the recognition of your personal power and self-worth. She will speed up the process of shedding the habits that are no longer useful. She has been traditionally used in treating alcohol addiction and can thus help in curing various patterns of addiction. Please note, that she is incompatible with the use of alcohol (as it lowers the frequency we are on).
Belladonna potion is used in a form of an oil that is applied to the skin (either in the belly button, thymus area or behind the ears). In this way, it is not hallucinogenic and should not be ingested due to the essential oils added to the concoction: laurel leaf, holy basil, frankincense and lavender, all sacred plant medicines that contribute to opening of the heart chakra and the third eye and collaborate well with belladonna.
