Service provider:
The service provider is Reviving Inner Wisdom, educational services, Dunja Perko s.p. (shortened Dunja Perko s.p.) or other providers, if explicitly stated.

Customer:
A natural or legal person who enters into a business relationship with the provider for the use of his services (e.g., access to an educational program, purchase of a workshop, purchase of a product in an online store, or purchase of a personal care service or a therapy) through the website www.revivinginnerwisdom.eu or any other appropriate way of communication.

Ordering a service or a therapy
One can book an appointment for a personal service or therapy through the website www.revivinginnerwisdom.eu. First, you choose the service or therapy you want, then you book the next available date and you choose the suitable contribution for the service. The web page will offer all the available appointments. However, for certain services (e.g. Tesla Metamorphosis Light Body Activation and Transformative Shamanic Belladonna Initiation Ritual), payment can be done online yet given the nature of the work, we need to consult regarding the appointment. Finally, you will get the confirmation of the appointment directly into your mailbox. If you wish to have the service done online, then you will also receive instructions for the online communication along with the confirmation email. You can change and adapt your chosen appointment date to suit your needs, that is possible any time up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. It is no longer possible to change or cancel your appointment 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. In the event of an unexcused absence, if you miss the appointment without any notice, the service paid for will be deemed to have been rendered.

Contribution for the service provided
The service allowance may vary according to your ability and a personal evaluation of the overall service. When booking an appointment and paying for the service, the booking system will offer the choice of your contribution from minimum to maximum possible fee.

Personal services and therapies:
I provide my services in accordance with my professional and personal ethics. Personal services and therapies are not a substitute for a professional medical treatment. The word ‘healing’ is used in the broadest sense of improving the quality of life. I believe that I can contribute to better vitality and well-being through advice and application of various techniques, yet each individual takes responsibility for his or her own well-being. I cannot do anything instead of you. In order to cooperate efficiently with you I will need your full consent and active participation. The therapeutic process is about the equal participation of me as therapist and you as customer. In order to work together, it is good to have a clear intention of what you want to get out of our collaboration. Your life is entirely in your hands.

Purchasing the packages of services:
The customer can choose to purchase a package of various services or therapies the at the same time. The package contains three to five sessions and a certain discount is applied to the package when the package is purchased. The purchase of a package is possible only for services, where it is explicitly stated. The discount on the purchase of a package of services is already included in the price and is conditional upon immediate payment of the full amount of the selected package. When you buy the package of services, you choose the first appointment online and the rest of the visits we agree upon mutually. Purchased packages have to be used within a maximum period of six months from the date of purchase of the package. The service package is non-transferable non-refundable, any remaining parts of unused package of services is non-refundable yet it could be subject to the change of services.

Gift vouchers:
Gift vouchers can be purchased for any service, product or educational program. You can buy a gift voucher by sending me an email with this type of request. You will then receive an invoice, upon receiving your payment, I will then issue a personalized gift voucher and send it to your desired email or postal address. It is also important that the person agrees to the chosen service or therapy so that there are no later surprises. There is no refund for the purchase of a gift voucher. However, the gift voucher can be transferred to another person or other service or a product can be chosen for the same value of the voucher.

Discounts:
In order to underpin the efforts of couples committed to strengthening their relationship and improving their communication, I offer 10% discounts for ‘partner’ therapies. Each of the partners would still experience their own therapy, the one that they choose, yet the therapies would be overlapping in intention of resolving the stalemate situation in their relationship.

Educational program and the workshops
My services include also various educational programs and workshop. The aim of the workshops and trainings is to promote the understanding and knowledge of different traditional healing techniques. These trainings are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, but when applied correctly, they help to improve the quality of life of a human. The aim of the teachings is for the human to acquire new skills and knowledge that enable him/her to live a much more consciously. Workshops and trainings can be delivered in person on different locations or online, by myself or in collaboration with other professionals. The fee is to be paid in full before the workshop, but upon agreement, the fee can be paid in instalments on previously agreed dates. Cancellation and withdrawal from the training must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled date of the training or the workshop, or until the materials have been received. Participants will receive the materials within a 48-hour window prior to the meeting. It is no longer possible to change an absence 48 hours before the scheduled event or once the participant has already received the materials. Once the participant has received the materials, he/she is obliged to pay the fee for his/her participation in the training or the workshop. In the event of an unexcused absence, for missing a booked workshop or training without any prior notice, the service is deemed to have been provided and therefore must be paid for.

Service delivery:
The provider is obliged to carry out the service on the date that has been agreed mutually with the customer or the date that has been published on the website www.revivinginnerwisdom.eu. The provider must also carry out its workshops and trainings in accordance with the advertised offer. Any modifications of the dates are to be agreed with the customer at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled date of the service. If the provider realizes that he cannot meet the agreed date of the service after this 48-hour window, given any unforeseen causes, either sickness or urgent family matters, the new date of the service is to be agreed with the customer. If a new possible date cannot be agreed with the customer, he/she is entitled to full reimbursement. In the event of force majeure, the deadlines for the delivery of the service shall be extended for the duration of the force majeure, provided that the provider has informed the client.

Delivery of services that are done on distance:
Only therapies of Tesla Metamorphosis of Healing and Tesla Metamorphosis of Soul communication can be performed on a distance, that is, without prior definition of the booking date. You shall receive your reading of Tesla Soul Communication in written within three days from booking directly to your email account. You shall receive Tesla Healing Metamorphosis within two days from booking and you shall get a confirmation to your email. The package of three sessions of Tesla Heling Metamorphosis need to be conducted in three consecutive weeks, so you will receive your healing within three weeks from your booking and you shall get a confirmation to your email for each of the three sessions. Once you get a confirmation letter from me, you can consider the service being implemented. Please check your spam box if you do not receive it in due time.

Prices and commercial terms:
The prices for all services and products are published on publicly accessible places on the website www.revivinginnerwisdom.eu. All prices are written in Euro and do not include value added tax, because Reviving Inner Wisdom, educational services, Dunja Perko s.p. is not a liable to pay the value added tax (yet). Payment for the service can be made in one down payment, either when purchasing the service online or in person at the time of delivery of the service. It is also possible to purchase packages of services where this is explicitly stated. All purchase and payment conditions are described in terms and conditions and also on the page, where the purchase can be made. If the customer agrees, the provider will issue an invoice only in electronic or paper format and send it to the customer by e-mail. Yet if the customer requests a paper invoice to be sent to his address, the provider has the right to charge the administrative costs of issuing the invoice.

The case of non-payment
In the event of non-payment, the provider has the right of terminating the service delivery without any prior warning. In this case, the provider shall not be liable for any damages the customer could potentially suffer due to of the interruption of the services. Cancellation and withdrawal from the training must be notified at any time up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment or before the receipt of the materials. If you have already received the materials, payment is obligatory.

The case of refunds
Customer is entitled to the full refund in the event of a breach of contractual obligations by the provider. The client would not be given the refund in the case when he or she chooses to terminate the contract before its due date. Customer shall not be entitled to a refund if he fails to notify the provider at least 48 hours prior to the agreed appointment. In the event of overpayment, a credit note will be issued by the provider to the customer.

Payment methods:
Payment for services, products and trainings can be made through the website www.revivinginnerwisdom.eu or as a transfer to the provider’s transaction account. Services provided in person can also be paid for in cash. However, as a reservation of a place in a workshop or training, an advance payment of 50% of the specified amount is required.

Validity and application of the Terms and Conditions:
The Terms and Conditions of the Provider are binding for all customers, the general provisions apply to all services. Specific provisions may apply to a particular service in addition to the general provisions, provided that these specific provisions are clearly stated. By using the provider’s services, the customer acknowledges that he/she is aware of the content of the Terms and Conditions and accepts them in totality. The provider may modify the provisions of the Terms and Conditions without any prior notice. The Provider will inform all customers of the changes by e-mail. In the event that the customer unsubscribes from receiving these notifications and is therefore not informed of the changes, the provider shall not be held liable for any problems or any consequences.
